"We purchased a wooden table with industrial base and paid a lot of money for this table. we took it on good faith that the Service POC would deliver and setup table appropriately. the table wobbled 30 degrees and more and items would roll off table. We asked for service support to help level table. this did not happen. Iron Will ignored us after spending 6k on tis table. I had to construct spacers for this table to level out and keep table from wobbling 30 degrees. I passed this info on to Iron Will and was again ignored. Service is not a priority after your purchase. Please do not use this company if you would need service on your purchased furniture. They will ignore and not support you. very disappointed. Will not purchase again from this company."

It was a very simple process and Mark kept me in the loop from the purchase to the delivery. His delivery guys were top notch. If you make a purchase through them, you will not be disappointed. I would diffently buy from them again."
