However, after reading outstanding online reviews about Oxford Cabinetry, we scheduled an appointment to meet with them. Lauren was our kitchen designer. She was able to conceptualize exactly what we wanted above & beyond what the previously company had produced for us. Lauren provided helpful feedback & personalized our design by delving into what we truly wanted with her questions & responses. We've had a positive interaction with every very single person we came in contact with. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. They were so accommodating that even the owner, Laverne, stepped in to help facilitate a last minute change to our kitchen design. Jonathan was our installer. He's done a phenomenal job with our kitchen project. He is friendly, approachable & detail oriented. We also communicated with Katrina, Jacob & Mindy multiple times via email from conception to completion of our project. We always received helpful & prompt responses from all of them. Overall, we are ecstatic with the way our kitchen has turned out. The quality & esthetics of our cabinets exceeded our expectations. I called again a week later and was told her boss would call me back within a few hours. No call. I was interested in getting a price for custom office - no small order. I certainly will not be having this group do any work for me. Very disappointed in their service. They either don’t want the business or can’t handle their current load."
