"We use Sparkle to open & close our pool every year, and to perform equipment maintenance as required such as DI filter bed repairs, piping leak repairs, etc. Sparkle replaced the original pool liner when we purchased the house because it had floated & torn; they recommended the 27 mil liner which has worked great for us. In 2020 the pool liner was pushed loose from the wall during a huge tropical storm that created excessively high ground water levels. Sparkle reinstalled the liner, installed a new liner lock system, and used the vacuum hose to remove the few wrinkles that were created in the bottom. They also replaced 5 pool cover anchors that had frozen up & were unusable. They are responsive, personable & competent, and have done a great job for us over the past 9 years."

"While winterizing they turned off clearly marked power to my septic system and sprinkler system. Careless. Also office staff failed to relay information to service team as to location of cover and place to store robot and other equipment."

Office staff friendly, professional and want you to be satisfied. Field staff also friendly, respectful of property, and do it right."

"Horrible company--only 1 star because I can't choose zero stars! They cut our tank and tried to say it was already cut needing a new one directly under where they replaced a pipe.. (new pipe, different color than existing pipes and had purple glue--the existing pipe had yellow)I had photos of before they came the same day where it was not cut. Took 3 years to fix the light in the pool--it kept falling into the pool. Ended up getting someone else to fix it and no issues at all since. They constantly wanted to charge us for chemicals, stating our pool needed it. Switched companies and had not one issue since! Pool runs more efficiently because the new company has knowledgeable staff and has a complete understanding of what it takes to open the pool properly instead of charging us over and over for their lack of efficient workmanship."

"We have had our Sparkle pool for 8 seasons. In 8 seasons we have never had any major problems until this year. It did take several phone call, but it's to be expected (it's pool season). Some where helpful, some where not. In the long run the ladies in the Easton Shop have always been knowledgeable and friendly and problem solvers. The owner Ray came by on a unscheduled visit to check things out. We were also given a few hints on keeping costs down on parts and doing maintenance ourselves. Any company who gives hints on saving money is worth doing business with. 8 years later our pool was fixed for under 600.00. Do yourself a favor. When Sparkle shows up get your cell phone out and record some of the things they do, It will help you figure things out when needed, and let's all try to be a bit more patient during pool season."
