"What a wonderful upgrade from the Liberty Place location — the overview of the store is stunning and how the floor is set up makes it so more pleasing to the eyes with everything laid out openly and not hidden in corners. The employees are always so pleasant to speak to and happy to help assist. Samantha was beyond helpful in keeping an item for me to pick up, and when trying on clothes, the dressing rooms are always tidy and clean. I haven’t explored upstairs yet but seeing how I frequent this location a few times a week, I’m bound to. J.Crew finally went back to their preppy roots and how the employees style the mannequins around the store makes me excited to come back."
