"Went here to procure tuxes for the groom and 2 groomsmen several months before the wedding and decided to get measured and rent them. Each groomsman was fitted at a different location and staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, when the rental tuxes came in a little over a week before the wedding, they were AWFUL. They were oversized, faded, and low quality. When the groom showed concern, he was told the chest of the suit would be huge, since he had broad shoulders - you could have fit three whole salmon in the suit with him. The groomsmen were also incorrect, but we were told it was because we were only spending $225+ on each suit rental, not spending $500+ on buying real fitted suits. After weighing options, we decided to travel across the state to other tux retailers and hope to find the sizes we needed in 8 days. We did, thanks to Jos A Banks (where buying a quality suit was actually cheaper!). A family member managed to work with Mens Wearhouse and get us a full refund for returning the misfitted items, besides the fitting fees. That is why we have given at least 3 stars. Nice staff, but poor quality, especially for those who cannot afford to blow $1000s on suits for an event. Mens Wearhouse needs to do better."

"My father ordered a suit that needed to be altered. This isn't the place for you if you fall into that category. They've ordered the wrong size, lost the order and then the customer service/ employee care, while not rude, is minimal at best."

He helped me pick out a winner right away and before I knew it, had it expertly measured and off to tailoring. A few weeks later I went back and it fits like a glove. "We rented tuxes here for our May wedding and had a good experience. The order process was seamless and we liked that we could monitor each groomsman’s status online. The tuxes were good quality and didn’t have that obvious “rental” look."
