"As a regular gym regular I checked out Energy Gym after I moved. They were very friendly and had everything and more of what I needed. I did think the equipment was a little compact and close together but not a real problem. They have a room for classes, an exercise room, a free weight area, and plenty of ellipticals and treadmills for everyone. Locker room was a bit smaller than what I'm used to but so far have not seen any over crowding anywhere. Overall a very nice gym that is also open 24 hrs 365 days a year!"
