It is an opportunity to get support in choosing not just quality, fashionable clothes but also ones that fit well. Kevin took the time to understand my preferences, current wardrobe needs, and the clothes that are needed for my body type. It was clear to me that he was interested in helping me find what was right for me and not just making the sale. He even let me know that some of what I wanted just wasn’t available through Bonobos at this time but could possibly be found elsewhere, never trying to make me change my mind or convince me that the fit I wanted didn’t matter. "Ordered a t shirt online. The color was way different than the one showed on the photo. Not even close. The photo shows a lime green color but what was delivered is a dark moss color. Of course, there is no return or exchange since it’s on sale. Very disappointed! To be fair, I would not recommend ordering online. Must visit the store to get the right color."

The customer service never accepts phone calls, the website chat feature is never available, and I have been emailing them for 60 days now and the only response is an auto-reply stating there will be a “delayed response time”. Unacceptable for a brand that is supposed to be premium."
