"Whomever the dispatcher was was extremely rude he cursed at me (I was helping a neighbor out) because there was a language barrier they were given the wrong address and even after he (the dispatcher) was given the correct address he never apologized for his unprofessional foul language. The delivery men were professional and nice but the dispatcher was extremely rude if I could give negative stars for customer experience I would!!!! If it wasn’t for the delivery men being professional and polite I would think thee entire team was like the dispatcher he’s not customer friendly and a terrible representative for the company he needs to be placed elsewhere."

Mr. Henry is a pleasure to do business with, so much so that we went back less than a week later and bought a new sofa chaise. The two gentleman that delivered the chair amd sofa were friendly, polite and professional. We're very pleased with Henry's Furniture and will be repeat customers."
