"Customer service was great when we ordered furniture (of course) but the furniture is junk. We even had them come out because of a couch seat leaning and they said it was normal and refused to repair it. I was trying to move another couch and when removing the rear cushions I found they rigged the support bracket onto the couch during assembly. It is damaged and they covered it up during assembly. Avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else"
