Preston Gym

Preston Gym is a state-of-the-art fitness facility located at 215 Railroad Avenue in Preston, Maryland, United States. Established in 2007, our gym has continuously provided top-notch equipment and amenities to help our members achieve their health and fitness goals.

In 2018, we became Hammer Strength Certified, showcasing our commitment to offering high-quality equipment for our members. Our 14,000 square foot facility features brand new hammer strength equipment, a turf field, women's only area, private showers, saunas, and a private cardio room stocked with Life Fitness equipment.

Despite our growth and improvements, we have never raised our membership rates. For just $35 a month, members have 24-hour access to our gym, ensuring convenience and flexibility in their workout routines.

In addition to our fitness offerings, No Limit Nutrition, owned and operated by Meredith and Joe Ziolkowski, is available on-site for all your supplement and nutrition needs. Whether you're looking to lose weight or build muscle, No Limit Nutrition has you covered.
