"Elderly man with white hair behind the counter was incredibly rude. My 2.5 year old daughter and I were shopping with her grandmother. My daughter was causing no harm, and we were trying on hats and browsing shirts. The man shouted that we had to get out and to "go find a playground". I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. I regret ever having spent money here in the multiple years I've visited Cape May."

"Kaleidoscope is a must-see place. It offered beautiful items. Not only were the items a treasure to find, the place was run by a very kind and helpful person. She went out of her way to make my visit to her store special. She intuitively knew what items I would like and helped me put together a lovely outfit. I was moved by her gracious approach and kindness to me. In fact, I would return to Cape May even if it were just to make a special visit to her store."

"I purchased an item in the store using cash and shortly after leaving the store I decided I no longer wanted the item. So I headed back to the store to return it. Once in the store I spoke with an employee who pointed to a sign that was barely visible from where you paid. The sign read “no returns. Store exchanges only”. I said to the employee that sign was barely visible from the register and that I was not even given a receipt. The employee quickly scurried off stating she was going to get the store owner. Within seconds the owner came wiping around the corner and aggressively pointed to the sign that was posted. I replied stating the sign is barely visible and that I was typically informed of the store policy upon purchase. She took a step closer to me and my niece and in an attacking manner stated she had owned the store for 40 years and that I was looking for an argument. Never in my life have I experience such poor customer service. I would not recommend this company or their affiliates to any of my friends or family."

"My favorite clothing shop in Cape May. Quality, bohemian, women's clothing styles. Lots of sundresses that are breathable, but not see through. The clothes hold up fantastic through the wash, & an accidental run through the dryer DID NOT shrink them. In 2017, prices for a dress ran around $50. These clothes are made to last, & the beautiful colors don't fade with time. I bought a dress last year that is still one of my favorites & wear it all summer long."
