"The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I (and everyone in the house) have ever experienced. The property manager suggested to put a sheet or plastic on the outdated beat sofa that already has rips and stains on it. The furnishings are outdated and odd. You can’t use the ceiling fans for some strange reason. The downstairs bedroom is in back of the garage with no direct access to your unit. The building hallway has mismatched carpeting, rails, and masking tape over the lock. This rental is completely unacceptable for the rates they’re charging."

"The condo is in a very good location. The bedrooms are all good size and bathrooms are clean and nice. The beds were all queen size but weren't very comfortable. For the premium rental rates, the furniture and amenities were unacceptable. Couches and chairs were old and uncomfortable. The living room TV was tiny. The kitchen was barely stocked with anything. For the rates they charge, they need to step up the furnishings big time. Definitely won't pay those rates again."

"My family and I have stayed at Hemingways by the Sea on two previous occasions and will be returning again this year. The location is excellent, steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. The units are clean and spacious with ample off street parking and storage. Our interactions and experiences with the caretaker Sam have been outstanding. He is very easy to deal with and responds quickly to fulfill any needs or requests that may arise. I would highly recommend this property, based on the beautiful accommodations and location but most importantly our interactions with the caretaker. Looking forward to another family vacation filled with fun memories at Hemingways by the Sea."

"Back to Hemingways-- Another Beautiful Vacation. My sister and I are very much neat freaks and for a vacation rental property to please us, it's not easy. That is why we returned. It is clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We feel right at home. We love how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. The large outside deck is really nice too. We love our evenings sitting around the table with drinks and snacks, listening to the boardwalk sounds in a distance. Such a pleasurable place to stay. Thank you Hemingways for continuing to make our vacation special."

"Heading back to Hemingways by the Sea in June with my adult children and Grandchildren! After staying here previously (4 times) it is a comfort to know that our condo will be spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and extremely well run by Sam. The area is very quiet yet conveniently a block from the boardwalk. You're about 6 minutes (walking) from the front door to the beach and boardwalk. Ample off street parking at your condo, beach store across the street, Sam's Pancake house on the corner are all great conveniences that my family enjoys. We highly recommend Sam's beautiful properties."
