"I have been attending beginner level Sling classes for a couple of months and love our instructor Lindsay’s instruction. She explains everything even the simplest moves in so much detail that leaves no room for error, getting injured nor using wrong muscles. She is very good at making spontaneous recommendations and explaining how all the body coordinates which helps me learn and correct my moves easily. She quickly adjusts the moves for us if we are unable to perform them because of prior injury, etc without us reminding her. She just has everything ready and organized in her head and she obviously cares so much about her students. She is not just a great performer; she is an awesome teacher too. I highly recommend her if you would like to start aerial arts."
"I've been taking classes here just over a year now and it's really incredible! I am super non-athletic so I was worried when starting, but the instructors are all amazing and open minded and really encourage you to grow without pushing you too hard! Saftey and fun are first and foremost. I also travel a lot for work, but they are flexible about making up classes which is really great! I tried out the trial class before joining, and it was a rainy day so I ended up being the only person there, so they let me try all four apparatuses - tapeze, hoop, sling and silk. I ended up going with sling and have loved it so far!"
