We bought the warranty and are getting nowhere with replacing the cushions. We've reached out several times to the store. A manager promised to get back to us. That was weeks ago...crickets! I will never shop here again. We spent a lot of money on this set. Our set from BJ's has lasted over 7 years and is still going. I would expect Fortunoff to stand behind what they are selling! 5 out of 5 cushions have rips! Very disappointed."
