"There is rarely anyone around in there that can help you. If you call them they transfer you to someone else and most of the time you just get a voicemail. I rented a place through them, and when they gave me the keys, I found out they were the wrong keys when I got to my new place. I would call or email them with issues and wouldn't hear back from them for days or even times over a week. I'll never rent through them ever again."

"Very unfortunate situation and really bad business. I was given a contract for a house by this company and told that I had 6 days to sign and return with the deposit. After the 4th day i was contacted by them and told that someone else had booked the house online and that it was no longer available. When I called to explain that I still had two days to get the contract back, the agent said "Oh yeah that's right. Sorry there is nothing i can do." Never rent from this company as they do not honor contracts. If there was an option to give less than one star i would have."

"AT this point nothing, barbara igo talked with family member and made an apointment with her and she played him all week on the phone and never showed up. If she didnt want to deal him she should have said so. i believe her behavior holds true to her name. Its obvious she has the time to play games at other people expense. she not that busy as a realtor just rude."
