"No customer service skills from workers the ones that work on the sales floor just stare at you instead of saying hi or offering help which is odd and rude doesnt have much compared to other ross locations but its an ok store"

"I bought chocolates from this store and when I opened the box the chocolate was melted into the packaging inside the box. I took them right back in to return. The cashier tried to tell me they don’t accept food for returns. The manager was nice enough to refund my money but you should sell bad food if you’re not going to refund people for it. It’s not my fault your product was bad."

"Great options for gifts, decorations and more. Also a lot of good clothing chooses, gardening, and pets toys. It’s kind of dangerous visiting this store, just because you can’t stop shopping there."

"The store was fine - I found a couple thing -but it was the customer service! This store was not busy - a hand full of people in the entire store. I have never had a cashier tell me “you can take your receipt off the register” and leave my items in a heap on the counter - no bag! All because I asked if I could leave my hand basket at the register - her response was “I guess - I’ll have to put it back”. The rudeness was just over the top. No hello - or did you find what you were looking for? I can’t say I will ever go back to that store - I’ll travel down the street to Marshall’s"

"Nice quality products for good prices, however the line is always so long I never end up getting what I wanted to purchase. Definitely need more employees. To add to the lack of workers issue the place was a mess. Shoes were everywhere on floor, lots of things displaced in wrong area, clothes on floor."
