"My wife and I needed a recliner that also was a rocking chair. She was 8 months pregnant at the time, and we also needed help getting the recliner into our apartment which is on the third floor. The service was excellent and the next day or two they arrived and brought the chair right up and had it installed. The whole process was quick and easy, and went smooth as can be! I would recommend them to anyone and will def be back the next time we need some furniture!"

"The managers and employees do not care how they speak to people not to mention they screw up people's accounts and dont know what they are doing. VERY poor customer service & rude. This Rent A Center is the worst one in Delaware please go to another one plus they dont have a wide variety of products."
