"Horrible sales associates, I walked in with a brand new Louis Vuitton bag that’s out of stock all the time and no sales person approached me until 30 mins in I told the manager that their service was horrible bc no one had asked to assist me. As someone who has worked in sales, you would think that they would approach someone who has a Louis Vuitton in hopes of up selling them a bunch of products. As I was waiting for my sister to show up so I can purchase her a gift, I had a mini Tory Burch perfume and the manager proceeded to block the entrance thinking that I would steal the product which I ended up spending $300 on my sister gift. Anyhow, this wasn’t the first time here I had been here many times in the pastes 3 years or so and I have never encountered this experience before. I don’t know if it was discrimination bc I’m not Caucasian, I mean I am from the caucus mountain so I’m as Caucasian as they come."

"I like the Tory Burch product. I came in looking for a new handbag and was surprised at the price tag. I'm not sure what I was expecting except to say this is an outlet, and I don't think of a $300 or $400 price tag when outlet shopping. However, once I got over the sticker shock, they did have a nice selection of accessories. Staff is very helpful and I did find a I like bag for $200. I'll go back."
