"The overall experience was very pleasant. The sales person was very helpful and went out of her way to assist, no only myself but the other customers that were there. Unfortunately some of the boots I wanted to look at were located in an off-site location but nonetheless, I found a very nice pair of red wings."

"Been buying boots here for last 7-8 years. That ended today when salesmen Curtis informed me that the reason my 260$ pair of boots that are less then 4 months old are falling apart because of the way I perform my job and I’m “hard” on them?.. Keep in mind that I’ve had the same job for all this time and been performing it the same way this is one of the first times I’ve ever had a problem with my boots pulling up at the toe. Curtis’s solution to the issue was me calling customer service and sending them away. Which is pretty difficult to do considering I wear them for work everyday. He came up with this conclusion after glancing at them for maybe 15 seconds and continued to show me what I was doing at work that caused this issue. I had no idea Curtis was a Boot salesmen and monitoring how I perform my job. All in all if you want to pay a few hundred bucks for a pair of boots that’ll fall apart in less then 6 months , and then be told what your doing wrong to cause this defect as a customer. This is definitely your place to go. If your just like the rest of us and spend more money for a higher quality product that last. I recommend driving a mile north to boot barn."

"Red Wing Shoes provides excellent service after the sale. I bring my Red Wing Boots in every year and they inspect them, install new laces and install new Boot Cream or Boot Oil. I have had the boots for almost 10 years and they look like the day I purchased them. Brian took care of me and did an excellent job."
