"Purchased a dress (full price)…..took it home and tried it on, wasn’t really satisfied with it, so decided to return it….. Had it in original bag, went into the shop and was immediately met at the door, and asked if I had a return…..I said ‘yes’ and clerk said She would take the bag and placed it at the cashier desk…. Another clerk was at the cashier desk and I told her that the dress was a return…..the dress was in the bag with the original receipt… She took the dress out of the bag and SMELLED IT….she asked if I had laundered it……I replied ‘NO, that’s not what I would ever do!! …..she said it smells like laundry detergent!! She processed the return and I left the store, NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN…..! In all my years of shopping, I was never treated in this way!!"

"The workers at this store do not want to help. I was dismayed to hear them all saying they can’t wait to get out of here, a half hour before closing.It seems none of them have much interest in Talbots clothes. I don’t think they took the proper markdowns on pants either.I miss Springfield where you felt welcomed!"

"Unlike other customers, my daughter and I received plenty of attention from staff. We were tailed entire time by staff, several staff members "offered" help, and signaled to one another to watch us. Like seriously? Worst shopping experience ever!"

"This location has shoes, apparel, jewelry with petite and regular sizes. Staff are nice if you ask questions. A bit unorganized. 10% off for signing up for their rewards card which was combined with their promotion. They have nice clothing for petite."
