"Really bad experience with the ladies at the counter. If you're equipment or machines are down, don't take it out on the customer! Go to the one on Commack Rd instead. Upgraded and great customer service."

"We arrived at 9:30 and ordered and when we sat down the man who was cleaning told the other girl not to attend anymore, to say that they were already closed. The man was cleaning very close to us while we were having coffee, it was uncomfortable."

"This Dunkin at the Deer Park Ave location is not good. They messed up our orders totally, forgot my latte, and altogether were bad. Besides that, they have only one table with 2 chairs as seating. There is no other seating area and that is quite ridiculous. They had a big line of customers and service was just so slow."

"Most disgusting sandwich ever!!! they put two little pieces of bacon and the egg was mushy in the middle and cold and got two bottom sides of a plan in bagel and it wasn’t even toasted . And the staff is terrible they ignore you when you come in, they don’t greet people and they huddle in a corner gossiping. Moved recently this year into the area and it’s the closest to me. But I won’t mind driving the extra mile to the dunkin down the road and be satisfied with my purchase from now on. Every experience I had here there is always an issue , but after this experience I will never step food in there ."

"We were waiting by ice cream ( employees saw us entering in front and doing toward icecream)and for 10 min no one out of 4 people by donuts came to ask 2 of us for help. And when we did walk towards the donuts and complained no one even apologised. The icecream cones were old, one had paper stuck to it and other had choc where we need to hold."
