"I was in the store with my daughter in-law tonight at 7:00pm and we were never greeted! Additionally we tried to find a strapless bra and needed help and there were 3 associates in the store. The lady at the front counter saw us but did not help as she was on her phone. We had clothes to try on and no one assisted with a dressing room so we found one on our own. At 7:20, there was a lady dry mopping the floor and they got the vacuum out and were talking about closing. We came out to get different sizes for jeans and that was the only time someone asked if we needed help because they were folding clothes and it was apparent they were closing and trying to get out of there. We went back to try on additional clothes and when we came out to pay there was no one at the register and the music was turned off. I had coupons and I asked the lady at the register if we could use them and she said she would try but didn’t know if they were going to be honored. Upon seeing my total I asked why the entire coupon wasn’t validated and she snapped at me and said the jeans were not included in the total because they were discounted already. She was not at all nice in explaining it and said she was in shipping and had an unpleasant demeanor which was clearly not acceptable. I was treating my daughter in-law to her birthday and this was not the experience I am accustomed to at Lane Bryant. I have shopped Lane Bryant for 20+ years and after being treated like this, I will not return."
