"I have been a patient of the Long Neck office for over 2 years. I called yesterday and asked for an emergency appointment to address some sudden, unexpected visual disturbances. I was so pleased that they could fit me in within 3 hours of my call. Scans were done, and Dr. Nguyen saw me promptly. She listened attentively to my description of the problem, examined my eyes, then studied the scans. It turned out not to be a major problem. I respect all the doctors in this practice, and was very pleased that they would fit me in on very short notice, then addressed my symptoms in a thorough manner."
"My granddaughters glasses broke and they were able to see her same day due to cancelation. Dr. Was very thorough and kind. Then went to their optical dept to order new glasses and was very concerned how expensive it would be with no insurance coverage. Ordered glasses and frames for 79.95 and they marked order for rush. That was so much better than other places in every way. I give them 5 stars."
