Reviews are all saying that they had very prompt replies and they were efficient . It was not the case for me . After I prepared all the documents they needed, in the documents I was provided it was stated it would take around two weeks for them to provide drafts of the recommendation letters, it took them two MONTHS. There wasn’t any number i could call and it was not until I sent them an email expressing my concern and frustration that they started working on it . Furthermore, after looking at the letters , I realized it was poorly written. I could probably copy and paste and do it myself if that is a draft they prepared. I do understand English may not be their first language but they should hire someone to look over the drafts. I sent them multiple emails. I am very thankful for them helping me with the case but I would not recommend them to any of my friends ."

"Very quick responses to all my emails, and I tend to email lots of questions. Mine was a fairly easy case of spousal i485 application following my husband's approval (EB1 - priority date 2021/12). It got approved in 5 months! Initially read some negative reviews on 1point3acres, but trusted my instincts and went with them. I did have to review applications they filled, and caught some mistakes, but I think you should thoroughly review your application packages regardless of who you use. They have an assistant tag-team with an experienced lawyer (Mengmeng). The assistant helps filling your application and answer simple questions, but whenever there's it touches a more complicated immigration issue, Mengmeng jumps in to answer. Overall very smooth experience!"
