"I want to share my personal experience with potential clients of this office to help them avoid the same issues my family faced. Both my cousin and my aunt had applied for immigration cases through this office on 2018. My aunt requested that I sign co-applicant paperwork with my cousin (her daughter) to support her immigration case. When I submitted my confidential and personal documents to the attorney, he refused to provide me with a dated receipt as proof of receipt of my documents. I emphasized the importance of this receipt to me and he asked me to leave his office instead! When I reached out to my cousin, she wasn't surprised by the attorney's behavior and mentioned that he does not respond to any of her phone calls. I then spoke with my aunt, who informed me that the attorney initiated her case back in 2018 and has not been responsive to either phone calls or emails as well! Interestingly, I found out both cases which applied by this attorney since 2018, are still pending! In frustration, I eventually contacted the police to protect my private information. I believe he refused because having a dated and signed receipt would officially highlight the time difference between the initial application date and the current date. After 5 years of disappointment, frustration and wasted time for my family and spending lots of money, he emailed both of them and terminated their contract!"
