"Warning! Warning! Warning! Do NOT waste your time or money at this school! You WILL regret it! The Heavy Equipment Course is a joke! Just a dirt lot where an impatient teacher tells you to go dig and have fun which limits your time on any one machine to learn. The teacher's eyes and ears are not everywhere; you're just digging not learning the reason behind it. You learn a few parlor tricks but nothing of substance. For $6000+ they don't even provide you with a hard hat, textbook or vest! Let alone work boots! (Less than a $500 value) The text book is a photocopied version of some textbook It's only a two month course where of the teacher doesn't keep track of the rotation then you will fall by the wayside thinking you'll gain enough experience and confidence. Not to mention that the secretary will "promise" you job placement but their idea of job placement is the handing out of packets from Craig list and online searches that people do on their phones. This place needs to be Bulldozed! 2 months is just not enough time to learn machinery when companies want experienced candidates. You have been warned! $6000 is not pocket change!"
"The instructor is the best , humbled , nice and explains the materials in ways you will easily understand . I highly recommend this School to anyone who wants to better themselves in the medical field. Come and Check out the available programs, you won't regret it"
"I took the Medical Coding and Billing class in the summer of 2013. I felt the classes moved way to fast and was expensive. The class was rushed very fast. For the first two weeks you learn how to be a medical secretary or front desk clerk in a doctors office. You rushed through a book for two weeks. A typical day you learn Medical Coding,Medical Billing and use the software on some crappy old windows xp computers that froze, then Medical Term/Anatomy the teacher speed reads through the book she doesn't even know how to pronounce the words then your shown videos on the computer. they would copy pages out of a book for us then read two chapters out the book for Medical Records. You get prepared for 3 certifications (EHR,CBCS,CMAA) which none of them hold any weight in the working world look for your self search for jobs offering those certifications you wont find them. This "school" is a waste of time for a $4000 dollar class that i paid out of pocket i had to supply my own books and pay for the exams. I wasted $4000 for a 10 week class and no job. The owner of the "school" daughter is also the director of the classes funny enough huh. Then your given a crappy certificate that was printed from the printer on regular white paper imagine showing that to an employer? So yay me i am re taking the class at Cumberland College for the right certificate. "Oh you will be very competitive in the job market""
"I had a similar bad experience. I was enrolled in Jan 2014 for the medical coding course. It was a far commute to Millville, so I dropped the class and asked for a refund. I was told that I would not receive the $ for at least 2 months, but SURPRISE SURPRISE, they were offering an online course for the same amount ($4000). I had to pay this out of pocket but that's another story. I did well in the online course, and I received a crappy certificate. I was told that the owner would update my resume and I'm still waiting for that. I also took and failed the CPC exam, I'm convinced this school did a poor job of prepping me for this difficult exam. I should have known this was a B.S. school since on the last night of class, the instructor informed everyone she was leaving the school because of the poor way it was run. In conclusion, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!"
