"I like the products alot but the staff at the check out were rude and the women's bathroom was very dirty and unuseable. The checkout has been turned in to self check out, which is usually good. In this case though it said to scan, I started to scan everything but after the first scan it pops up multiple sign in pages and I didn't know and had scanned everything which didn't actually scan. I asked the woman at checkout to help or to go to an open register and she was rude. I just left everything and ordered online. It was a waste of time. I go in store for customer service and atmosphere. Otherwise, online is better."

I believe the manager of the framing department's name is Joseph and he is just a delight to work with. Helpful and always makes sure everything is perfect. "They are not helpful and tried to make me leave my bike in the front of the store. I had to grab one thing but now I have to grab my car and go and get. If I didn’t need it, I would not be back. Also funny is that you don’t ever see the employees coming to see if you need help until they are trying to make you leave your poor bike by its lonesome."
