"I have nothing but amazing things to say about Blue Water Surf School. My daughter wanted to try surfing so we signed up for a group lesson when we came down on vacation. She arrived for her lesson with Jake and was instantly hooked, she did not want to leave the water. Jake was patient and attentive to each of the participants in the group making sure to give everyone equal attention and guiding everyone to successfully catching waves. Needless to say after her 2 hour lesson she ended up attending the surf camp that was going on that week for the rest of the week. The camp was incredible, they paddle boarded in the mornings (also which she had never done before) and surfed in the afternoons. I sat amongst many beach patrons who were also in awe of this group of young surfer girls that seems to take over the beach in the afternoon. Each of the instructors helped the group catch waves, they played fun games and lots of laughs throughout the afternoon. We can hardly wait to hopefully be able to join them again next summer! Thank you all so much for an awesome experience!"

"Alec and Blue Water Surf School are total pros. Alec is a great surfer, an even better teacher and a great business owner. Their scheduling system experienced a glitch, canceling our session. All I asked was that we reschedule but Alec went above and beyond. He not only rescheduled, he offered to refund his fee. A very nice gesture but I wanted to still pay for our lesson as a technical glitch is no one’s fault. Alec not only rescheduled the lesson but then surfed one on one with my 13 year old for an additional 1.5 hours at no charge. He even gave him a free t shirt. The lesson was top notch, my son learned a lot, had a blast and Alec made it right. A++++ for Blue Water. I highly recommend the private lesson with Alec or the group lesson with any of his skilled and friendly positive instructors. We will be back!"

"Met with "Ryan" yesterday for a skim boarding lesson for our 11 year old grandson, Hudson. As luck would have it, we were the only ones signed up for the group lesson; therefore, we got a private one on one lesson. Ryan could have cancelled, but gave Hudson the best lesson he could have hoped for. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Hudson learned a great many tips from his lesson, and not only practiced them thoroughly for 3 hours this morning, but shared his new found understandings with other local boarders. It was a great experience and we equally look forward to Hudson's surfing lesson tomorrow."
