You will still need to mail your forms to the USCIS and pay applicable filling fees. If you purchased a form and have not completed it you may be eligible for a full refund. If it is completed the form, you may be eligible for a partial refund. I purchased the form using PayPal so I was able to file a dispute and received partial refund for a form I had completed.
