The Wallin School, located at 701 East Basin Road in New Castle, Delaware, is a secondary school offering specialized programs for students in the Colonial School District. Our Intensive Learning Center caters to special education students in grades 6-12 who have struggled in their previous schools due to behavior issues. The middle school alternative program serves general education students in grades 7th and 8th who have violated the district’s code of conduct. Our Credit Recovery program helps high school students earn credits towards graduation if they have had difficulties at William Penn High School. The Adult Integration program supports students with mild to moderate disabilities, aged 18-21, who have completed high school but wish to continue their education for better employment and post-high school outcomes.
