"i have been contacting thing this bus company since oct 19 a bus hit my vehicle and they keep giving me the waiting game rude customer service and never reached back out who and where is corporate to handle this matter"
"Between the bus and school services, I'll give the whole district a score of " Ghetto". Throw customer service out the window for the red clay district. I use to drive school busses and the stop time is the stop time. Just like they face traffic, so do the parents. Some of these kids are getting their siblings ready in the morning because the parents are at work.There is no excuse to leave a student behind, especially student who have to walk to their stops. The bus is allowed to be 10 minutes early and 10 minutes late but you must ALWAYS be 10 minutes early what a joke."
"They absolutely refuse to pick up and drop off my 3 year old Autistic son from our home. No 3 year old should have to be picked up and dropped off at a bus stop. I give them NO STARS! And I am looking into having my son attend another school district that cares about their young school kids."
