"My Grandson went to DSD since he was 18 months old. The entire staff made us feel like family, they helped me raise him and help me teach him so many wonderful things. When he was a little baby, I took him to a specialist who told me if I didn't get him a Cochlear implant and allow him to get his education at DSD, he will graduate with a equivalent of a 4th grade education!!! Well that's just BS. because he graduated, went onto a job program this year and just landed a good job making good money and he even knows how to count it out, all the way to the bank! Lol But seriously, his education was the best! They were family and were always just a phone call away!!! So if you have a deaf child, there's nothing wrong with that child, they just don't hear! Take that child to DSD and let them help you navigate through the tough part. I would give them a hundred stars if I could!"

"My kids and I attended the PAT (Parents as Teachers) group held here on Thursday mornings during the school year. The staff were helpful and the playgroup was fun."
