"I went to this outlet this morning for the sole purpose of purchasing a handbag and wallet that I had seen online. I felt like Julia Roberts. I was ignored by 2 different clerks. Those same 2 clerks greeted others cordially as soon as they entered, and rushed to help them as soon as they stopped to look at something. It was quite apparent that they judged me by the way I was dressed (yoga pants, sneakers, and a windbreaker - all clean) and didn’t think I would buy anything. I was tempted to leave without purchasing anything, but I was too impatient to wait for the items to arrive had I ordered them online, so I bought them anyway. Shame on you. All customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of whether or not they fit your narrow view of what a Kate Spade customer should look like."
