"Review for Saint Margaret School: I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the admissions process at Saint Margaret School. As parents, we were led to believe that our children would be able to start at the school within a week, based on the information provided by the admissions officer. However, this turned out to be far from the truth and has caused significant inconvenience and disruption for our family. After submitting the necessary paperwork, we were informed that the admissions officer was unable to download the documents. In response, we promptly screenshot and resent the paperwork. It took the admissions officer four days to even read the email, which further delayed the process. Considering the urgency of our situation, I contacted her again after a week to inquire about the start date. To my dismay, I received no response until I followed up again on Friday. At this point, I explained the severity of the situation to the admissions officer, stressing the importance of getting our children back into a routine after not attending school for 3 weeks. She mentioned that they usually do not allow students to join the school during the school year, which left me confused and frustrated. I couldn't understand why she would book a tour for us, have us spend time there with our kids, meet the teacher, and provide us with application documents if they were not going to allow our children to attend. The lack of care and consideration displayed by the admissions officer has had a significant impact on my children and myself. As newcomers to the area, finding a suitable school that meets our requirements has been challenging. Saint Margaret School appeared to be a promising option, but the treatment we received has left a bitter taste in our mouths. It is disheartening to see how the admissions officer's actions have affected my children's excitement to start school and their overall well-being. Had I known that our children would not be able to start school at Saint Margaret School, I would never have taken them out of their previous school, even though it was an hour away. At least there, they would have remained in a school setting. The whole experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary disruption to our lives. I hope that the management of Saint Margaret School takes this review seriously and addresses the issues we encountered with the admissions process. It is essential for schools to prioritize the well-being of the children and families they serve. In the future, I would expect more transparency, efficiency, and empathy from the admissions staff to prevent similar situations from happening to other families."

"I really was so optimistic about St. Margaret’s last year for my daughter however the amount of bullying that goes without being disciplined at this school is tremendous. Multiple times there were racial slurs made to my daughter without any meaningful intervention. I’m not sure how the school is being run this year but the Principal was also the 8th grade teacher and resigned half way through the year. Most of my daughters class went on to find other schools in the area. St Margaret’s is not equipped to teach children who do not fit into a specific mold. If you are vocal about these things most likely you will not be given any answers."

"My son has started kindergarten here and absolutely loves it! The teachers all seem invested in making school a creative, enjoyable learning experience with an emphasis on moral values."

"Warm, caring faculty and staff make the difference in this charming community school. Excellent environment for nourishing academic and social development. Small enrollment is a blessing and curse; entire community is like a big family, however not being the richest school around sometimes means doing more with less. Make no mistake, provides great academic strength based in faith and strong virtues."
