"I took my niece into Claire’s today and the employee i believe her name is Kourtney, Did a FANTASTIC job piercings my nieces ears and was very helpful on finding nickel free jewelry! She was very polite, and very welcoming! We loved her!"

"I went in here a today ago and the store was packed with a line out of the door a ton of people trying to get peircings. There is an employee i believe her name is faith and she was absolutely amazing she was the only one helping customers between peircings and getting them checked out doing everything she could all while the store manager was talking to her in a very unprofessional way vey condescending but wasn’t helping with a single customer she was talking down to the employee basically saying she needs to do more and do better but wouldn’t help her with a packed store. Something needs to change cause that was ridiculous and causing a scene in front of customers as the manager? Very unprofessional"

"Twice now, when I go to Claire's at the mall during the day, it's closed! The sign will say "back In 30 minutes " and an hour later it's still closed. I go between 12:15 & 1:15pm. ,Somebody is asleep at the wheel."

"My daughter got her ears pierced last Wednesday. And today we are in the Emergency Room to have the earrings removed because they ended up in her ear lobe. Her ears are puffed up and red. Doctor in ER said they should of used a gun with a straight needle. However, the lady at Claire used a small plastic device instead."

"Lydia was working today and greeted us right away. She was very professional but nice at the same time. Also enforced the 5 person in store rule and masks on policy which we appreciated seeing. Went in on a whim because my son and husband wanted an ear pierced. She did so quickly and made sure everything was clean before she did it. Pretty steep prices on most days but u look hard enough, u can find decent deals. Will return again."
