"Unprofessional facility, I'm glad I pulled my twins out. My twins were supposed to start going to this day care but I ran into problems with management picking and choosing when they want return calls and Tiana (director) wanting to argue with me. After having someone who is going to be around yr kids everyday, raise their voice, talk over you, and give extended silence on the phone as if their clearly ignoring you just b/c they didn't know the answer to your question, how can you trust your babies in their care !? I feel if I ask a question and someone doesn't know the answer, then I should be pointed in the direction of someone who does know the amswer. Not be told repeatedly " that's just the way it is, I don't know what else to tell you" And then Shannon didn't make it any better. She explained that she addressed the issue to management but she didn't come off apologetic at all. Basically no empathy came from her. She came off like she didn't care she was losing a customer. Kind of like she addressed the issue to management, so take it or leave it. I wouldn't recommend this day care to anyone."

"My son attends summer camp here. They always have so many activities and trips for the kids that are not only geared for fun but for developmental/learning purposes. The center is clean and organized. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and owners. They truly do care about my son. I couldn’t ask for better communication from them and for this I highly recommend this center."

"It is with sadness that i write this review. My daughter enrolled here back in July, but they did not have availability until September 19th. We felt like we cam across a small family oriented daycare, affordable for our family. We started noticing some concerns within days of her being there: 1. She came home with bleach on her pants. With no formal notification as to why she had a huge bleach stain on her pants. We were apologized to the next day extensively, which we decided to just keep it in the back of our mind, as our daughter had become very fond of her one teacher. Comfortable. 2. Meals were not being added through the HiMama app, which is their way of communicating with parents, teachers and directors. 3. We had to tell them to spoon feed a 10 month, who didn't have teeth. They were claiming she wasn't eating it, but i do believe it was because they were trying to make her try to feed herself in the infant room. But how do i know? Since they never put it in the app consistently? 4. I was messaging both the teacher and directors about these instances, in hopes that everyone was aware, and that was why things were turning around. 5. This week i was told by the teacher, "i will not hold her bottle anymore. she needs to learn." 6. The directors had no idea about the messaged thru himama, even though i messaged them about it too. This was the final straw. I brought this information to the directors, they were appalled at the statement as well as the lack of communication that i was obtaining about my daughter all day. They showed me what the HiMamma app should look like, with updates on the day, the learning, as well as pictures. All i was getting was when she slept, diaper changes, and her meals (which were sparse and not always put into the app) I am a new mom. This is now when i feel like for some reason my child is not getting the treatment she should be getting. We ultimately decided to pull our daughter from this school. While the conversations I had with both the directors and owners, were receptive and reassuring that what i was feeling was validated and that it was an internal issue that they would 100% handle; i simply do not trust them anymore to give my daughter the care that she deserves. The care that every child there should be getting. They assured me they would going to look deep into the app, and the other families; to make sure this was not happening to anyone else. My fear is that there are parents younger than me completely unware of what this facility SHOULD be doing. I don't want anyone else to go through this. We are a working family, and now we have to start our search again for daycares. I pray that the owners and directors make the shift necessary to grow from this."

"My daughter is two years old . She was taken outside on the playground with her class and 3 staff members. As everyone entered the building to return to class the 3 staff members failed to do proper protocols because my 2 year old baby was left outside for over 7 minutes. ALONE. A parent had to inform them that my 2 year old was outside alone on the playground. We as parents have to work and we entrust these daycare providers with our children’s safety. This is pure negligence and could easily have been prevented. There has been other occurrences that I’ve been unhappy with. This was the last straw. I can’t believe I’ve entrusted them with my child. I do not highly recommended this daycare if you want the Safety of your child to be ensured. I continually wonder how long my baby girl would have been out there had that parent NOT showed up. Whoever you are thank you."

"Shannon , Dave and there directors will go ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! I’ve known them for some years and my children have attended there child care , until we moved away. The teachers are highly qualified and trained , they treat your kids as if they were there’s, my children have learned so much and the facility is always super clean! If your looking for good care , loving owners and directors an awesome teachers give them a call."
