"A great experience from beginning to end at Ashley Furniture in Dover, DE. Needed a sofa sleeper for company arriving unexpectedly. Bill the store manager worked patiently with us and handled the order as well as updating us with the expected delivery, Crystal gave us the early arrival news and gave an extra call to move our delivery to an "early as possible" on actual date. Luis the lead delivery person updated us on delivery time and arrived exactly as stated. Luis and his team were able to respectfully navigate this sleeper down a hall and through a narrow turn into the bedroom. He also took the time to demonstrate the opening and closing of the sleeper. Altogether this was a truly pleasant experience and will be returning to Ashley in Dover, DE for more shopping. Thank You Bill, Crystal and Luis!"
