"I dropped my wedding and engagement ring set off to be repaired on June 27. I was told it be ready July 18 but probably two weeks shouldn’t be longer than 3. So after numerous phone calls and no answer on when my ring would be done I decided to pick it up and take somewhere else. It should not have taken over a month to repair and if they kept me up to date maybe I wouldn’t be so upset but after todays phone calls with the rude staff o decided it’s time to go get it. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone, So just be careful when leaving your jewelry here. Colleen G"

The entire staff are amazing; one of my chains was repaired at no cost as a "thank you" for being a first time customer and for keeping it local.
