Repairs were done expertly and undetectable, I was very satisfied. I purchased 2 beautiful bracelets after browsing and the friendly lady helping me offered to gift wrap them for Christmas , adding pretty bows ( and marking them discreetly so I would know which gift was in which box . I will be bring all my jewelry repairs here in the future and have a few gift items in mind for upcoming occasions. Also my repair was not guaranteed until after December but I got it in time for a Christmas surprise!"
