"Went to get my wife's necklace that I paid for from being repaired first the lady says it's been picked up already. Then she tells me that it's not there. I could see the screen said ready for pickup she tells me I'm wrong. Now I'm getting mad because she is wrong. She finally looks and finds the necklace. Some other sales lady comes out and won't let me have the necklace and just keeps running her mouth to me like I'm stealing. I have spent lots of money with them but not one dime will I ever spend in Zales again. The two sales people in Zales in Dover are rude and do not need to be working with the public!"
