"January 30, 2024 Another great experience with Mike Dents. I had a parasitic drain on the battery. They found the culprit and helped me figure out warranty information on a coil I had replaced a year ago down in North Carolina. I was a couple of weeks outside the warranty, of course, but they took care of everything at a fair price. I really like this shop. 3 Weeks Ago - First Visit What a breath of fresh honest air dealing with these people. I have had some crooked experiences with local auto repair shops, but all 4 of the people I dealt with, one seemed to be the owner, were top notch. They figured out the problem, and even though I ended having to get my Honda to the dealership for coding of key and ignition, they charged me nothing to diagnose the problem. "I was in OC and called Mike Dent as my check engine light was on. And I was driving back over the bridge same day so I couldn't leave car. They got me in immediately to read the car's code. It was seamless. Kaylee, I think that's her name, and the mechanic that explained the code to me were very friendly. I REALLY appreciated that they could squeeze me in that morning. "Wonderful people to deal with friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Well, traveling from New York to Maryland and spending some time here I had two occasions, and that my vehicle needed service. The staff was a pleasure to deal with and today while my daughter was visiting me in Maryland, her and her fiancé had a flat tire which I was unable to change, and even though it was close to closing time, the staff at Mike dance took excellent care of us and got us in never making us feel like we were a bother."

"Really happy with this repair shop. I brought my car because my brakes failed during a short vacation to Ocean City. Not only were they able to repair the brakes on the same day, but the cost of doing so was less than what I had been quoted at some garages in Baltimore! Front desk folks are friendly and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The garage is only open on weekdays during typical business hours, but after-hours payment and vehicle pickup is handled by the liquor store next door, which is conveniently open till 8 PM. All-in-all a great experience."
