"I once rated this business 5 stars, however, the new revolving door staff is totally ruining their reputation. They are arrogant and rude, especially over the phone. I've dealt with the company since I lived in Cambridge, Maryland a decade ago. I've purchased many items from them, including a Troy Bilt rotor tiller that was almost new, and more recently, a nice, barely used Lenovo laptop computer. The staff at both Cambridge and Seaford were always wonderful. Those days are gone. Apparently, the owner doesn't care about the store's reputation anymore, and is totally inaccessible when issues arise. I'm done with them. Update 12/19/23: Owner replied with, among other things, to "please reach out to them directly" if I have specific issues. Well, I tried that, and the arrogant and condescending "manager" on the other end of the phone basically blew me off, and even laughed when I said that I would contact the owner. It's obvious to me, (and apparently many other people, based on other comments) that the staff has gone rogue, and the owner is apparently oblivious to that fact. Employees are the public face of any business. They can make or break a business. I am 68 years old. My first job at age 16 was in retail. By age 17, I was a manager in training, and was responsible for five different departments of a department store. I can tell you with certainty that being arrogant, rude, and condescending to customers will eventually be the end of that business. It was once a pleasant experience dealing with Peninsula Pawn, especially when a good bargain was found. The staff treated regulars like friends, especially at the Cambridge location. Those days are gone."
"Do not go there The new crew will try there best to under pay you never seen anything like it in my life plus will put your stuff on the floor and sell it wasn't even late but by the law have 18 day to sell your stuff anyway"
"I had to bring my review down from 5 stars to 2. I don't know who this new crew is, I don't know what type of drugs they taken, or scam thy are running, but they WILL TRY TO UNDERPRICE EVERYTHING YOU TRY TO SELL OR PAWN. Seriously, $10 for a switch, $5 for a LTE tablet. Both I've pawned before in great condition. I got $50 for a random coin I found in my truck. These new guys are straight up scam artists and the owner Knows this"
"Just left the store I had a wallet full of cash and not a single employee out of the six they were in their addressed me..."
