"I am a tenant who has a geothermal unit that was running on emergency heat only and not keeping the set temperature. I set it at 68 and it would run all day and stay between 56 and 64 degrees - even when 50 degrees outside. I did not notice the emergency heat running until I received a $400 electric bill, followed by a $500 bill the next month. Four different people in a period of 5 weeks came out to service the unit before Sherman and could not figure out what was wrong. One person changed the thermostat and when it was not fixed they accused me of messing with the wires in the back of it. My landlord called Sherman after the 4th unsuccessful service call and asked for a "top-notch" employee to work on geothermal units. Sherman installed the unit. Matt came out to service the unit and was very friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me thoroughly. It turned out to be a bad pressure switch. He fixed the heater and ended my nightmare of being frustrated at outrageous electric bills and cold temps in the house. I am very pleased that after a month of frustration Matt knew how to fix the problem and I can breathe easy when my next electric bill comes. He told me that if the problem persisted to call him & he would come back out. That was unnecessary as the problem is fixed but if anything goes wrong again I will call Sherman and request him to come out. I am very appreciative of Matt and Sherman and give them a well deserved 5 star rating. Thank you!!!!!!"
