"Sold my son a defective bracelet. I received an opal and diamond tennis bracelet for Christmas 2023 purchased from this Christiana, DE location. Clasp and Locking mechanism was defective. Lost the bracelet the next day. Should NEVER sell kids broken jewelry. It is hard to explain to a 13 year old why you are not wearing the one gift he gave to you. I guess it is never too young to learn about speaking up for himself. Maybe this is a good opportunity to discuss what Customer Service is, and what Helzberg can do to make it right when they are selling defective merchandise to kids. (I acknowledge I should NOT have worn said defective jewelry, and I played a roll in the loss as well, selfishly wanting to wear the Christmas Gift.) The bracelet is GONE because the lock was defective, so I am unable to bring the bracelet in for repair or return. 1.24.24. Thank you for responding. I reached out to corporate and the case got assigned, but no one has done a thing except giving this a case no. Pointless at corporate level. 1.31.24. Manager has not gotten back to corporate nor myself as promised through corporate customer service a week ago. There has been no email response to the email sent to address provided by the management in review response. So, I am experiencing the manager say "email us at xxx", which I did, but no response to said email. Employees verified that the manager was working, not on vacation, in the last week since the email was sent."

She asked what we were looking for, price range and recommended the perfect choices for myself and my boyfriends rings. "I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the store. I visited to purchase an engagement ring, but I was met with a lack of greetings or any sign that the staff was interested in helping me find the perfect diamond. The behavior of one particular employee, who happened to have darker skin, lacked the professionalism and courtesy one expects as a customer. I felt discriminated against due to this behavior. To make matters worse, after buying a ring, I received it in a defective box. The overall quality of customer service left much to be desired. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this store to anyone."
