The second time I had no heat and my car was overheating. I am a single mother with three kids the last thing you want is a huge car bill. We called at just the right time because there was a cancellation that allowed us to sneak into an appointment. Kathy was incredibly professional and helpful. Everything was fairly priced and explained to me very clearly. They even inspected for other issues but told me I could get home safely without repairing them now. Only charged me for what was absolutely necessary to make the car safe to drive home to DC. I wish I could make these guys my regular mechanic for my cars. All pricing and timelines were clearly communicated and promises were kept and I trust they knew what they were doing and talking about. Highly recommend!"
