"Last evening in trying to avoid a collision, I turned my steering wheel too far to the right and hit a curb. It immediately blew out my tire. I was already exhausted after a 12hr work day and so hungry. All I wanted to do was go home - but my car had to be towed. Ashleigh and Casey went above and beyond to help ease a situation that easily could have been much worse. Roadside assistance told me a 90 min wait. Ashleigh said they would be arriving in 45 min. I could leave knowing my car would only be vacant for a short period of time. I didn't have to keep following up for information, she said Casey would text when my car was loaded - and HE DID! Coming across people, and a business, with integrity these days, is a huge relief. Casey even sent a picture as proof. When he arrived at the mechanics, he texted again (with pic) to reassure me all was taken care of. It sucked that I needed a new tire but Encore did not add onto my stress. Instead, their friendly, professional, and courteous service helped to make a bad situation much better. I can't say enough good things about them!"

They were there within 30 minutes, put it up on a tow truck and very carefully drove it to my mechanic. Took it down, got it parked in a slot, and helped me fill in paperwork for repair.
