"There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling of my 2nd floor condo. Thought it was my neighbor above my units bathroom leaking, So I told the neighbor to call this company because I have done business with them in the past, as have my parents, and told them they were reasonable and do good work. After 3 hours of investigating the leak, it was found that the leak was coming from my pipe in my ceiling. Repair was not done that day due to the water having to be shut off in my building to make the small repair and that having to be scheduled with the HOA.. So… I was charged $885 and no repair was done! I spoke with the secretary and she said there was an “emergency fee” charged when my neighbor called even though the plumber didn’t show up until the next day. I would be OK with paying an “emergency fee” if they actually showed up that day the neighbor called. Showing up the next day does not sound like an “emergency” to me because “they had to rearrange their schedule” and that’s why I was charged the additional fee. ALSO, they will charge you $100 just to show up for the job! If you call them they will require a credit card before even coming out to the job to give you a quote FYI. One last thing, They tried to run my credit card before even telling me how much it costs! I only found out it was $885 because she called me at 9pm at night to tell me the card I gave her was denied due to suspicious activity. Absolutely ridiculous and will never hire them or refer them to anyone again!!"

"I called in the morning Frantic!! And was told by Jamie, about 2 Hours for Jack to be there for a exploded pipe. And He Was! He even offered to come and Shut off our Main Line immediately and then Come back after his Present Job was complete How Awesome is That?? His work was Outstanding. I expected to come Home to a Nightmare of Shambles from Cutting The Wall He had to get too. So Precise and Excellent Work!! Then he Called Me Later to Give Me A Heads Up about the Leaks to My Downstairs Ceilings and What I Needed to Do. I Am So Grateful!! 10 Stars From Me!!"

"Jack's Plumbing did a great job finding and fixing a leak in our kitchen sink. Called at 8:00 PM and Janie answered, she said she'd call me the next morning and likely have Jack there by noon. He and Pug showed up at 10:30 and took care of the problem. All within 15 hours of contacting them!"

"Their is nothing enjoyable about having to make that phone call when "things" start backing up in your home. Murphy's Law says it will happen at the worst time; you have guests in town and it's after midnight. You realize the plunger is not working. We are new to the area so we did not know a plumber to call. Jack's Plumbing had very good reviews, so at 0130 hours, I called their 24 hour number. Jack answered on the second ring - alert and ready to help. We discussed the current situation and came to the conclusion that an immediate response was not required. Jack and his assistant Frank arrived first thing in the morning. In less than an hour and half, they had identified the problem and unclogged the house drain. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. You could probably find someone that might be a little cheaper, but how long do you research that while things are "backing up?" Jack took time to explain what probably caused the clog and how it could be prevented un the future. They were very courteous, took great care to protect the area around their work. They left our home as they found it - less the clog. Going forward they will be my first phone call for any plumbing needs and I will have no problem referring them to my friends and neighbors.
