"Tyler arrived promptly and worked full charge until job completed. He is extremely knowledgeable about all details of this job and explained to me each step of the installation. Tyler gave clear directions to the other three employees. Explained in detail what was happening. The employee in training assisted with removal and installation. The other two employees worked mostly upstairs on the old heater removal, installing new heater and fitting the duct work / pipes together. I am very pleased with Tyler, his experience, attitude and effort to complete all the work. Russ came by to check the progress and I was able to thank him for working with me to get this completed as we have been without heat for three days.
