Michaela was helpful without being pushy and if she didn’t know an answer she would look it up & show us immediately. For us, She made furniture shopping fun again!"

"Antoine responded to my call quickly and listened carefully to what I was looking for. As a result, I was able to make a purchase of a matching chair over the phone. He's an excellent salesperson. However, I was quite disappointed with the manager who would not honor the advertised sale price of the chair because each store is independent. After, purchasing bedroom and living room furniture from this store, I expected more."

"The Ashley furniture store is always my first stop when I am looking for furniture. Antoine helped me when I was looking for a living room chair. Antoine is wonderful, he asked me a couple of questions and immediately started showing me chairs that fit. The process was easy the manager, Paige, and the customer service desk were super helpful. I did check out other stores, but I said Ashley is my FIRST stop. Ashley is My LAST stop."

"Great shopping experience. Michelle took the time to help us find the right couch & recliner. We opted to pick our furniture up at the Warehouse in Delmar. Our furniture was ready within 2 weeks. Our window for readiness was 2-6 weeks. The staff was great there too. They were fast, courteous, & very friendly. We will be coming back when we need furniture again!"

"We went into Ashley just browsing to see if there were any good Black Friday sales on sectionals. We were greeted pretty quickly by Antoine. He was able to give us information about sales and promotions and sent us on our way to check out the options. I’m not real into the whole pushy, salesperson personality. That being said, Antoine was not that! He was friendly and helpful but not obnoxious and pushy. I didn’t feel like I needed to sneak out if I didn’t see what I wanted. He checked in with us but I had to get some measurements due to our room size, so we left briefly and came back. He was able to show me some other options for sizing issues. I still needed to wait for my husband’s approval so I wasn’t to blame if it didn’t fit the room as expected, so I told him I would be back before 7. He was great offering to get me set up in the system so my next visit was streamlined. After we confirmed everything was good to go, I came back a 3rd time and finalized the purchase. Antoine was very great to work with and I would definitely recommend Ashley based on selection, quality and prices!"
