They told me my car was at this lot I waited there for an hour and they couldn't even find my car... until they realized they were wrong and had it sent to another yard they have relatively far away from where this is. Oh and they don't tell you bring cash they don't accept cards nor do they accept responsibility if they steal things from your vehicle."

"The New Jersey Turnpike Authority forces you to use these guys if you break down. They have no competition so they can charge inflated prices. $300 for a tow, and they took twice as long to get there as they said they would."

"This is the worst place that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The ma’am that works there is ignorant and zero polite. Attitude as soon as I walked in the door before I even said anything. Safe your energy and money do not deal with this place. I never hired them to tow my car they just took it there from an accident. The won’t let me get any of my personal belongings out which are my property has nothing to do with the car. Prices are outrageous. I got hit from another reckless driver and was transferred to the hospital immediately without any knowledge of what had happened. I explained to the lady my wallet and my son’s diaper bag was in the car and wouldn’t let me get it out. My son is 10 months old I needed it. After telling me she wouldn’t argue with me and the towing needed to be paid for before I could get my personal belongings I called a lawyer. Finally they caved in and gave my wallet and diapers bag nothing else. I know exactly everything that’s in the car. So if something disappears I know it was them. I have this place one star just because I can’t do zero"
